The following memo lays out the time table a downtown incentive housing zone study. The City has not excuted a grant agreement with the State, who is funding this project, and therefore the timeline will be adjusted accordingly once we have the contract finalized.
In order to be able to devote more time of the board to planning efforts, I am proposing a expedited signage permit for proposals that meet strict guidelines. Applicants that don't adhere to the guidelines would still have the opportunity to make their case the Board at a regular meeting.
