386 Main Street- New England Emporium- Main Street Market

The space vacated by It's Only Natural Market, now has a new tenant, New England Emporium.

They have applied for their signage permit, and this is the first test of the newfast track permit.

They have 50 feet of frontage, which allows them 100 square feet divided between 3 signages.

They are proposing three signs totaling 34.5 sq ft.

Sign 1 will be on the rear, a flat panel, black lettering on white background, with illumination using an existing gooseneck lighting. (14 sqft.)

Sign 2 will be a projected sign on the front of the building between the two awnings on the left-half of the building facade. White lettering, stencil-cut with internal illumination. The black background is opaque. (16.8 sqft.)

Sign 3 is proposed for the awning. White letting on the existing black awning. Non-illuminated. (3.5 sqft.)

I've reviewed the proposal and believe that it meets the guidelines for the new fast-track policy.

Let me know if you concur?
