Planning and Zoning approved a special exception for a dialysis center at the old Pelton's Pharmacy building at 100 Main Street. The condition was for Design Review to review the final design with office at the corner and potentially two store fronts along the front near the Inn at Middletown. A dialysis center will be located in the majority of the building to the rear of the Main Street uses with a canopy entrance on MLK Drive.
