861 Middle Street was granted an Adaptive Historic reuse by the planning and zoning commission with the condition that any exterior renovations be reviewed by the Board.
The applicant is seeking to replace ram that has begun to deteriorate. Below are renderings of the proposed new ramp and photos of the existing structure.
