Walgreens' is proposing to exceed the maximum of 330 sq ft. The are complying with the 10 ft height restrict on the freestanding sign.

This post is by Delta Building Corp, General Contractor for the developer (Sound) as a clarification: Drawing D5.1 shows several "Attraction Strips". These strips are NOT in addition to the "Freestanding Sign", but are meant to be inserted into the sign. These strips are not addtional square footage, but are included in the 70.0 SF as shown. JBS
