Habitat for Humanity has submitted their plans for a two-family house for 25 Ferry Street. The existing structure will be demolitions and a new structure will be built. This is similar to the Pearl Street project. Habitat will present at the December 10, 2008 meeting. Below are the elevations and floor plans. I've also provide links to our GIS mapping and Tax Assessor database to provide a context of the property. Please let me know if you have any questions or comments.
